The Lower East Side Employment Network (LESEN) is an innovative collaboration of experienced workforce development agencies that works in partnership with Manhattan's Community Board 3 to efficiently meet business hiring demand and support candidate supply. The Network helps companies recruit, hire, and retain quality candidates at lower operational costs.
LESEN Partners represent the most experienced workforce development providers on the Lower East Side, Lower Manhattan, and across New York City. Collectively, they serve over 10,000 job seekers and 300 businesses every year. Partners have decades of experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government, public, and private entities. They have a proven track record of managing relationships and the ability to execute complex contractual requirements and meet challenging performance targets.
